  Józefa Fawcett is the Managing Director and

  'Key Voice' behind LearningVoice Ltd.

  In addition to this she is also the driving force

  behind innovative practice across the fields of

  Training, Learning, Knowledge and Quality.

  Her career spans some 33 years working as a

  trainer and facilitator in cosmetics, retail,

  recruitment, area sales, management and

  healthcare. 

  Upon leaving corporate life in 2002, she

  established herself as a Learning Specialist  

  trading through The POL Experience. 

 

Since then she has continued to provide clients with exceptional training and instructional design; effective training delivery; development of in-company trainers; strategic learning advice and guidance.

As the business has developed so too has the range of offerings and now provides additional learning services available through one single Community of Learning portal entitled The POL Group

A regular Speaker since 1997 she shares her time between corporate clients and academia and works regularly as a Researcher & Technical Adviser on European Projects running dissemination events across Europe.
